The second way
When importing other people's android studio project (assuming the project A), encounter a situation gradle inconsistencies, the following briefly describes the solution:
1. Open the directory you want to import the project, delete the files in the view of the red box.
2. Find yourself in your own android studio before any item (assumed to project B),
At the corresponding position on the map blue frame to open the file with Notepad build.gradle,
Remember your gradle version. (For example, I was 2.3.3)
3. Return items to import, use Notepad to open the file map blue box,
Gradle modified versions of their gradle version. (See below) and saved.
4. In item B, copy gradle folders (folders .gradle attention and distinguished),
Paste to project A, that is someone else's project. This completes the 99%, and finally introduced to the normal, as shown below.
