virtualbox FAIL(0x80004005) VirtualBox VT-x is not available (VERR_VMX_NO_VMX)

virtualbox start the virtual machine error: FAIL (0x80004005) VirtualBox VT-x is not available (VERR_VMX_NO_VMX), can not create a new task

This is a win10 error appears in the October update

Solution:

• First, open an administrator prompt.
• Input  bcdedit and enter, find hypervisorlaunchtypeoptions to findauto
• input the commandbcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off
• Restart the computer
• OK
