VMware install linux error (Intel VT-x disabled) Confirm Intel VT-x is enabled in BIOS/firmware settings and "Trusted Execution" is disabled

VMware10 installed linux (ubuntu_14.1.0) with the following error:

(1) Confirm that Intel VT-x is enabled and "Trusted Execution" is disabled in the BIOS/firmware settings.

(2) If one of these two BIOS/firmware settings has been changed, reboot the host.

(3) If you have never rebooted the host after installing VMware Workstation, reboot.

(4) Update the host's BIOS/firmware to the latest version.

Solution:
1. First of all, my computer is thinkpad e540c. Different computers may have different configuration methods in this respect. Here I only take my computer as an example to explain.
2. The method of designing virtualization technology is usually in the bios. You must now know how to enter the bios. The e540 enters the bios through the f1 key, without pressing the fn key.
The time used to enter the bios is very short, usually only 1 or 2 seconds, and you must press F1 quickly at this moment, so be prepared to press the button before booting.
3. After entering the bios, the interface is as follows. The home page displays some general information about the computer and system configuration. We can switch the top tab through the left and right keys on the keyboard.
4. Use the arrow keys to switch to the security page. Use the down arrow key to select the visualizaiton option shown below, press Enter to enter the change option interface, we select enabled, which means to turn it on. After completing the change, press f10, save and exit, and the computer will restart again.
5. After restarting, enter the system again, the virtualization technology has been turned on, and we can enter the operating system in the virtual machine. The following figure shows the suspend interface of the 64-bit ubuntu system.
