Pony 0.32.0 release, Actor model high-performance programming language

Actor Pony is based on a model that can provide the type of memory, exceptions, concurrent multiple levels of security to ensure high performance programming language. Version 0.31.0 has been released, changes are as follows:

• --ponyhelp compiler option

• --ponyminthreads option can not be better than --ponythreads
• --ponythreads option can not be better than the available cores

Note that, due to the Fedora COPR build configuration has changed, the COPR is not provided 0.32.0 Fedora pre-built package, this issue will be resolved before the next version.
