This article describes how to manage and purchase of Office 365 online service subscription.
[ Situational Description ]
The company recently agreed to import the Office 365 Exchange Online and SharePoint Online online service to replace the existing handed over to outsourcing vendors Mail Server maintenance and development of the official website of their own, a rare new service to import companies, so I took the opportunity to notes to record the entire relevant import process steps.
[ Practice step ]
You can first go to the Office 365 official web site for free 30-day trial, please click on the Home [ free trial ].
Select program P1 or E3 program according to your needs to try.
Enter the relevant registration information with particular attention to the country or region must choose [China Taiwan] because this option Yau about the services you can use, billing currency, and data center location, so if you are a corporate user of China Taiwan area, then make sure this option is selected [China Taiwan]; e-mail address to send important notifications (such as password reset), use your common mailbox, to ensure that important notifications will not miss; the new domain name default is .onmicrosoft. after the end of the com, you must take a nobody used the domain name, enter the domain name you want, press [ check availability ] if the domain name is available, appear [ I accept and continue ] buttons.
If you have already registered a trial account, please sign in to press home the top right corner to sign in to Office 365 management portal.
输入使用者识别码时，其格式为【使用者名称@您的域名.onmicrosoft.com】。
登入之后您可以在画面左侧看到管理员概观中的【订阅】区块，您可以用此来管理您的订阅、查看授权的状态以及购买订阅。
当您点选【订阅 管理】会切换到账单和订阅管理画面，您可以在这个画面中看到您所购买的订阅，包含使用者授权的数量、费用与授权的结束日期。
点选您所订阅的项目后可以看到如下图的订阅明细。
您也可以点选【账单】来检视特定计费期间内的账单费用。
当您点选【订阅 授权】会切换到授权画面，您可以在此看到您的订阅的内容，其中每个订阅项目包含有效、已到期和已指派等三个项目，其中有效指的是还在订阅期间内且仍然有效的使用者授权数量，已到期则是过期的使用者授权数量，已指派指的是您已经将订阅可以使用的服务指派给使用者的数量。
当您点选【订阅 购买】会切换到购买订阅画面，您可以在此订阅 Office 365 现有的套餐，也就是K1、K2、E1、E2、E3、E4等方案，也可以单独订阅其他方案中的某一项线上服务，例如 Exchange Online 等。
假设您要购买其他方案中的 Exchange Online （方案1），您可以点选上图购买订阅页面中的其他方案来快速卷动页面到其他方案的部分，接着按下【新增】。
您可以在此输入您要购买的授权数量，在订单摘要的部分会立即帮您算出每个月您所购买的使用者授权所需支付的费用（请注意这边的金额为未税价），接的点选【新增至购物车】。
新增完毕后您会看到右侧多出一个购物车的资讯，您可以点选【编辑购物车】来修改购买的数量以及填写公司统编等相关资讯，您也可以点选结账来立即购买该线上服务。
当您点选【编辑购物车】之后您可以在购物车中检阅您的订单，如果数量尚有异动可以点选编辑来修改数量，或是利用移除来删除不需要订阅的线上服务，若没有问题请点选下一步。
在付款频率的部分您可以选择要一次付完全年的费用或是每月支付，两种付款频率的费用是完全相同的，若您订阅金额达到新台币7,400以上才能选择电汇方式付款，否则一律使用信用卡付款，输入信用卡相关资讯后点选下一步。
于确认订单画面中点选【下单】就可完成订阅，接着在您之您所输入的电子邮件地址中就可以收到订阅成功的相关通知。
