Background to the issue: win10 64-bit system, comes with office2019, after use mathtype7.4, after installing add mathtype template "template", the restart word "can not load the loader MathPage.wll" pop.
The key problem: even if the office is 64, MathPage.wll also requires 32 bits.
Solving steps:
First, because the directory and other own installation directory win10 own office installed is not the same, so first check word startup folder location, and user templates folder.

Second, the template file mathtype the word into the user template file into the MathPage.wll word in the startup file.
