Today, I accidentally found that IE cannot be started. Later, I found that it can only be opened by running it as an administrator. The preliminary analysis should be the problem of user permissions. After Baidu on the Internet, I found a way to deal with it. I will share it here.
1. Win+R to bring up the "Run" command, enter "regedit" to bring up the Registry Editor
2. Open and locate the registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
3. Select the main folder in the expanded list, right-click the main folder and select "Permissions"
4. After opening the permissions, click "Advanced",
5. Re-enable inheritance first, and then add the currently logged-in account to it (I didn't do it according to the original text here, you can try both methods)
