1. First go in the Management Console, locate the security group and enter.
2. Find the security group instance, click on the configuration rules.
3. Select the direction of the public network, click Add Rule.
4. Baidu, my ip, ip then put their own configuration items, such as where we want to provide sftp service, so I chose to 22/22 port.
5. After configured, click OK, and then add the white list to succeed, and now should be able to transfer files.
