Foreword
RHEL 8 system has been released, many small partners may have been installed to test and learn on this machine server or virtual machine. Because I do not want to install a local virtual machine so we made a public cloud KVM to run RHEL8 the mirror, this test can also be closer to the production environment, and test network conditions.
But Ali did not provide public cloud default mirroring RHEL8, so it is a DIY.
Introduction

Mirroring
After the success of currently running KVM produced RHEL8 official version of the public cloud images can be imported in AWS, Ali cloud, OpenStack, Tencent cloud-based platforms tested.
usage notice
- Because of the need to reset the root password and define public cloud platform specifically for RHEL8 be valid, and RHEL 8 just released, it can not be defined by the console or password reset
- SSH supports public cloud platform for key definitions
- The default root password:
www.mf8.biz - RHEL is not authorized to purchase only available for testing, development, it can not be used for any commercial or production scenarios

Go to the rice cake package of RHEL 8 KVM public cloud image download view download.
Import Tutorial
First, the image upload it to where you want to use the ECS geographical corresponding OSS.
Second, the ECS console page under the OSS and the corresponding region, found a mirror and then click on the upper right corner of import image
Third, then the corresponding fill in on the right, then the OSS Object address , remember only with http://the agreement, then the network address, the general is behind the band internal.
Fourth, and then we wait for the import is complete
Fifth, the mirror is created, we can create an instance brought up.
Sixth, ongoing for Ali cloud special optimization, optimization experience on Ali cloud, Cloud-Init optimized support for Ali cloud version, but does not affect other platforms to import and use, if you need to optimize other cloud experience, please refer to the relevant documentation tutorials, will mirror mode optimized to best meet public cloud experience:
