Mac OS10.11 or later, Apple environment for system security, under the re-introduced into the core SIP (System Integrity Protection), also known as the Rootless mode mechanism to upgrade equipment or heavy brush will shut down the mechanism to operate, so we must to close the SIP.
Hold the boot command + R keys, into recovery mode. Or hold down the Power Option key to select the boot selection menu that appears, RecoveryHDenter Recovery Mode
Click Utilities> Terminal Click
Enter the command in the terminal: csrutil disable then return execution, the middle note spaces.

Enter the command in the terminal reboot to restart the computer, or click the Apple logo and then click Restart.
SIP status query, enter the command in the terminal: csrutil Status then enter
To restart the open SIP, enter the command in the Mac OS Terminal: csrutil enable and press Enter.
