Apple M1 Mac computer has introduced SIP (System Integrity Protection) under the core for the safety of the system environment, also known as the Rootless mode mechanism. To upgrade the device or re-flash, the mechanism must be turned off to operate. Therefore, we must turn off SIP.
1. When the Apple M1 Mac is off, press and hold the power button until the setting appears and release it to enter the recovery mode.
2. Press and hold the power button without letting go until the screen shown below appears, and then click [Options]

If you want to open SIP again later, you only need to csrutil disable
