Ubuntu18.04 install redis-server startup error

redis-server.service: Can't open PID file /var/run/redis/re

      The simplest solution is to modify the address configuration redis.conf, the IPV6 configuration to remove

- bind 127.0.0.1 ::1
+ bind 127.0.0.1

This is the simplest method to change, this change in the law, those changes as systemd \ sysctl.conf can not do.
