This error generally occurs because you delete a project in Eclipse or MyEclipse after, did not Tomcat-6.x \ conf \ server.xml relevant changes completely, just shadow play this problem, then how to solve the?
Solution:
The first step to empty work directory under Tomcat-6.x directory;
Connection configuration is not used then the second step server.xml are deleted or commented;
The third step is the final and then all the files in the Catalina localhost directory under the conf directory are deleted.
And then restart the tomcat server will be able to work properly, the problem will not happen again started up.
