A, Excel rounding method: Use options
(a) using the "Decrease Decimal" rounding
select the "Start" tab, select the cell to be rounded, click the "digital" group above the "Decrease Decimal" icon , the cell becomes a two decimal decimal after rounding; the same value K3 cell also one decimal, the result forward to 1;
(B) using the "Numeric Format" rounding

Two, Excel rounding Method Two: Use Round function
