Let's see the virtual machine ip addresses ip addr / ifconfig, then to ping in cmd in windows at the corresponding address
Generally it can ping pass.
Then Xshell or other tools to connect the virtual machine.
If Rom, and so unable to display can not connect, try to install openssh-server try, "sudo apt install openssh-server"
If there have unmet dependencies, and follow the system prompts "sudo --fix-broken install" to install the dependencies
Re-install openssh-server, it should be resolved.
