AP6303 output 4.2V / 4.35V_ lithium battery charger IC

AP6303 is a complete single lithium-ion battery with a constant current / constant-voltage linear charger. / MSOP8 package and the bottom of the number of external components finned SOP8 AP6303 makes less ideal for portable applications. AP6303 can fit USB power adapter and power supply.
Due to the internal PMOSFET architecture anti-down charge circuit, so that no external blocking diode. Thermal feedback to automatically adjust the charging current to limit the die temperature during high power operation or high ambient temperature conditions. Charge voltage is fixed at 4.2V, and the charge current can be set by an external resistor. When the charge current drops to the final value after the float voltage reaches 1/10, AP6303 automatically terminates the charge cycle.
When the input voltage (AC adapter or USB supply) is removed, AP6303 automatically enters a low current state, the battery drain current to less than 2uA. AP6303 at a power shutdown mode can also be placed, reducing the supply current is reduced to 55uA. Other features include a battery temperature detection AP6303, undervoltage lockout, automatic recharge and two for indicating the charging status of the pin end of the LED.
