OCS2007 predecessor and in comparison, Lync2010 scalability native client is much smaller, but provide a good client SDK, the overall system architecture also has a larger change. Since Lync2010 native client is too simple, the people used to use QQ, we can not accept the deletion of the following functions:
- Organization tree
- Screenshots
- SMS
- Offline messages
- message notification
After some evaluation determined the long run, the company is positioned to build a unified entry-level desktop, so decided to independent development. Based Lync2010 Client SDK and WPF, middle encountered two problems, look for MS by the supplier did not get, perhaps for business reasons do not want to support it, but fortunately finally have resolved itself. Since then, this desktop can be expanded as needed the entrance.
