Maybe he has always wanted to be an online training organization, but through contact, there may be a big gap between being a boss, and he hasn't taken that step. According to my later observations, she may still rely on this traditional marketing method. The source of students is introduced by friends, and then relying on Moments for advertising.
I may also have made some attempts. For example, I also set up a personal website, but it is estimated that it has not been operated. Later, I guess I learned about the WeChat applet through the media. I wanted to try this effort. I happened to be learning. So the leader found me and wanted to make a small program for his friend.
In the beginning of the communication with the leader, the leader's meaning was to use traditional solutions to build a server, and then it was just to open the front-end of a small program, and the back-end functions were implemented in the form of adjustment services. In other words, I don't want to be like that. Once that is estimated to be a free thing, I have to ask for back-end development to implement it. So I suggest using Tencent's cloud development. After communicating, I agreed to my suggestion.

It is estimated that this friend of the leader has a very good personal relationship. The leader personally wrote the requirements document, which is worthy of being a personal tool. The requirements are written clearly and plainly. After reading it, I started to develop. After the prototype came out, I gave back a document with specific interface and function descriptions. With the document, both parties can communicate easily. Basically, the two sides communicated three versions, and the function was finalized. The function is basically OK in about a month.

One advantage of Tencent Cloud development is that there is an experience version. After the basic experience version was released, the project sponsor asked her friend to test it, and then proposed three major version changes, which were changed for three months. The basic demo version is also finalized
release
The release was not so smooth, because it was a personal account. She also wanted to choose the category of online education. The first draft was rejected by Tencent. I think she was quite frustrated. Also, after nearly half a year of hard work, she came to the door. It's not happy to suddenly give up to anyone. Later I suggested to her to modify the category, and was forced to change it to a tool category, and finally the release was successful.
Operation
In fact, I have worked hard for half a year and spent a lot of energy to get it. I also look forward to her being able to make a publicity for me when she runs it, but she does not have any operation and promotion work in the future, because the platform is nothing more than looking for teachers and students. If you don’t promote it yourself, Tencent itself will not bring traffic online and it is nothing more than a platform that does not generate any value.
