Chinese input method settings in Ubuntu
problem
I use ubuntu virtual machine, has been used in English, it has not entered the Chinese can not, when the same thing. But recently doing a Chinese project, only to be installed at Chinese input method.

Solution
- Configuring the Keyboard input is 'scim'
System -> Administratio -> Language & Text. 选择'scim'.
2. Install google pinyin this does not know how to install the original. (Think of it later, make up)
After doing things like this, Control + SPACE in the most app can input Chinese characters. But I still found in emacs, google a bit to find the answer:
