PuTTY is a small open source Telnet / SSH client, but it does not provide import and export tools set, PuTTY the settings are saved in the registry, so to back up the main is to back up the registry information.
Here is the backup procedure, essentially export the appropriate registry key:
1. Start -> Run (Win + R) -> regedit
2. find HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ SimonTatham
3. Right-click on SimonTatham this node, choose Export ,save.
If you want to restore configuration information, just double-click the saved file, you can import the registry information.
