JumpServer is a popular open source bastion host and a professional operation and maintenance security audit system that complies with 4A specifications. JumpServer helps enterprises control and log in all types of assets in a more secure manner, achieve prior authorization, in-process supervision, and post-event auditing, and meet the compliance requirements of Class A guarantees.

Here I briefly introduce

Two modes

1. Gateway bastion host

2. Operation and maintenance audit-type bastion machine

1. A gateway-type bastion machine acts as a gateway, similar to a firewall. However, our jumpserver may not be more affordable than a firewall, and its performance may be slightly inferior, so the type I am talking about is biased toward the latter.

2. The operation and maintenance audit type can be understood as an internal control assistant. He serves as your assistant on the intranet to manage and monitor the LAN equipment. What we want to do, we can directly tell this "assistant"

I won’t introduce too much. Just jump to the official documentation. The introduction, installation, and other operations they wrote are very detailed and very good.
