1. The competition time is determined to be from 06:00 on November 23, 2023 to 09:00 on November 27, 2023.
2. This competition lasts for 4 days. The participants are full-time college students from ordinary universities. The participating teams are composed of 1-3 college students. The registration deadline is 12:00 on November 22. Registration information cannot be changed after the registration deadline.
3. The competition allows cross-school teams to be formed, and the full name of the school where each contestant and the instructor is located must be filled in completely.
4. The competition is divided into postgraduate group, undergraduate group and junior college group; when registering, please select the group based on the highest academic level among the participating team members.
5. There is no uniform regulation on the number of participating teams from each school; the organizing committee will determine the number of first, second and third prizes based on the registration status (approximately 5%, 15% and 25% of the total number of successful participating teams respectively). Outstanding contestants will enjoy other reward policies provided by the organizing committee. Please refer to the "Asia-Pacific College Student Mathematical Modeling Competition Reward Rules".
6. There are a total of 3 competition questions (questions A, B, and C), which are generally derived from practical problems that have been appropriately simplified and processed in the fields of artificial intelligence, engineering and management, Internet, image graphics, etc.
7. The competition only requires the submission of electronic papers, and there is no need to mail paper papers; all participating teams must submit English papers.
8. Outstanding contestants are invited to attend the Image and Graphics Technology and Application Academic Conference (IGTA) and competition award ceremony, where awards will be given to the winning representatives.
9. For schools that organize collective registration, the person in charge of the school will send the collective registration forms of all participating teams to the email address of the competition organizing committee ([email protected]). For details, please see the "Instructions for Colleges and Universities for Collective Registration of the 2023 Asia-Pacific Games".
10. The competition does not mail written questions. When the competition starts, the questions will be posted on the official website of the competition (www.apmcm.org), the official website of the Beijing Society of Image and Graphics (www.bsig.org.cn) and the registration homepage (www.saikr.com /apmcm/2023).
