question

1. After installing the Ubuntu virtual machine on VMware Workstation, the screen size cannot automatically adapt to the screen window size. Even adjusting the display in the setting cannot solve the problem.
2. Virtual machines Ubuntu and Windows cannot freely copy and paste each other
3. Even though VMware Tools is shown installed and grayed out on VMware Workstation, it doesn't help
