Solve the problem that the mouse cursor circle keeps flashing

Today I turned on the computer as usual, but the small circle on the computer mouse kept flashing (as shown below). I found a solution online and recorded it here.

 Solution:

1. Open the task manager and find the Sogou service;

2. Right-click and select "End Task";

  3. Then the mouse flashes and disappears! And it does not affect the use of Sogou input method!
