The plug-in module keeps failing to load and error message is reported:
Marketplace plugins are not loaded. Check the internet connection and refresh.
Tried the following methods, all failed:
- pip change source
- Manage Plugin Repositories...
- HTTP proxy settings...
- Turn off three firewalls
Finally choose to download the plug-in manually.

Search for the plug-in you need, select the applicable version to download:
Install the compressed package in PyCharm:
- Install Plugin from Disk...
- Select the compressed package you just downloaded
Plug-in installed successfully!
