[pycharm] Install the IDE Eval Reset plug-in to solve the expiration problem

0. First, check if there is an Eval Reset in Help. If there is, click on the prompt box below. Click reload first and then click reset to get the validity period delayed by one month. Otherwise, execute

1. Open settings
   

2. Open plugins
   

3. Add the third-party plug-in warehouse address: https://plugins.zhile.io
   If IDE Eval Reset cannot be directly searched in MarketPlace. Then open Manage Plugin respositories
   “+” https://plugins.zhile.io
   

4. Then search for IDE Eval Reset in MarketPlace to download. After the download is complete, you can find Eval Reset in help, and then repeat step 0.
