[NAS] Synology NAS, high CPU and memory usage

Encountered such a problem, the CPU and memory usage of the NAS remained above 50%. The resource usage of the query program is very low. As shown below.
- Suspected of being poisoned, after scanning with anti-virus software, nothing suspicious was found.
- It is suspected that some configurations enabled by default are running in the background, such as face recognition of Synology Photos, etc. After investigation, no suspicious findings were found.
- Suspecting Docker and turning off ZeroTier, the CPU only dropped by about 5%. Close Chrome and the CPU drops to 1%.
