This is what my browser looked like when I started
Right-click the icon -> Press Properties -> Browse the location of the icon you selected to see if it is really correct (most likely because your path is wrong) -> Just re-enter the browser.
If it still doesn't work, restart the computer after completing the above operations and try (PS: This is how I succeeded when I helped others).
