1. Function description

Member management refers to the management of members of the Smart Eye project. People with relevant permissions can add members, assign member roles, set member classifications, modify members, and delete members. However, they are limited to managing their own subordinate members, and superior members have no right to manage.

2. Front-end operation page

The account that logs in to the Smart Eye backend operation is usually called a super administrator. When the super administrator enters the Smart Eye backend for the first time, he can only see a [Member Management] button. Other user accounts will not be able to see this button because currently there are no members of Smart Eye. The status of non-Smart Eye members is equivalent to that of ordinary VR roaming users and they only have user permissions for VR roaming. To sum up, the first member of Smart Eye must be added by the super administrator account.

1. Member management

(1) Click "Add Member", enter the mobile phone number (note that this mobile phone number must be a registered account on the Frog VR platform, otherwise it cannot be added) , select the member role, and the member name is optional, just fill in as needed. Since the super administrator has no other permissions except adding members, in order to facilitate management and operation, it is recommended to add the super administrator's mobile phone number as a member of the highest role (such as administrator) first, and then add members of other roles in sequence. 

 (2) The added members will be displayed under the "Member Management" list. You can quickly filter by "Member Name", "Mobile Phone Number", and "Affiliated Role", you can also re-modify their role, and delete members.

(3) If members do not know how to register a Frog VR account, they can also directly invite them to join by sending an invitation link.

2. Members have been invited

Successfully invited members will be displayed under the "Invited Members" list

Click the "Modify" button to assign a role to it.

3. Classification management

(1) All member lists under the "Member Management" list will also be synchronized to the "Category Management". Click "Modify" to select the category to which the member belongs.

(2) Members who have selected a category can only enter grouped scenes under the same category (click to view "How to set the category of scene grouping?" ). Members who have not selected a category can view all scenes of Smart Eye.

As shown in the picture below, scene groups without permission to enter will have a small lock.

(3) In the category management interface, you can quickly filter members by mobile phone number, role and category.
