0Basic Learning VR Panoramic Platform Chapter 84: Smart Eye-How to set permissions?

1. Function description

Refers to a series of operational rights that relevant members need to use during the entire operation of the Smart Eye project: such as submission (question), review, rectification, rejection, cancellation, member management, viewing data, exporting data, etc., these are all Can be called permissions. Permissions need to be created through the backend and then assigned to members. The platform is divided into four permission types: hot spots, role users, classified users, and data statistics.

2. Backend editing interface

1. Hot spots

Hotspots are icon buttons that can be clicked on the panorama and are added in the foreground by Smart Eye members to record and track the progress of problem events. There are six hotspot functions: add, modify, delete, move, restore, and announce. Let’s introduce them one by one below.

 (1) Hotspot-Add

The permission name is only displayed in the background and is used as the basis for assigning role (member) permissions. Please fill in the details as much as possible. The operation name is displayed at the front desk. Smart Eye members press the name button to perform related operations, which is simple and clear. Adding a hotspot is the first step of permission, so there is no permission in the previous step, so there is no need to choose. The last step of permission and whether to pass are also "No". The name of "hot spot" can be customized. For ease of understanding, it will be named "flag point" below . Note that the "Hotspot-Add" permission can only be added once.

 (2) Hotspot-Modification

This permission is very flexible and can be customized to add many items. In addition to the rigid addition, deletion, move, and recovery, all other operations such as review, rejection, rectification, confirmation completion, etc. can basically be "modified". to fulfill. For example: For the audit flag point, two modification permissions need to be added, one for approval and the other for failure (rejection), as shown below. Flag points in different states can upload different icons as needed, such as a glowing red flag icon when placing a flag point, a red flag icon for approved flag points, a yellow flag icon for rectification, and a green flag icon for confirmed completion, etc.

The previous permission , as the name suggests, means that in order to enter the current permission, you must first go through the first step of permission.

Last step permission , if the current permission is the last step operation item, then select "Yes".

Whether it is passed or not , Smart Eye has the function of calculating the pass rate. The pass rate can be calculated when the second step of flag review is passed, or the pass rate can be calculated after the last step of flag confirmation is completed. Note that only one of them can be given. Select "Yes" for permission.

 (3) Hotspot-Delete

Deleting permissions can be used in two ways. One is that no matter which step the flag is (red flag, yellow flag, green flag), it can be destroyed directly. In this case, there is no need to set the previous step permission. The other is that the flag points that have been rejected by the review need to disappear from the scene graph. This is also achieved by using the delete function, and the previous permissions need to be set according to the actual situation.

The remaining three hotspots of move, restore, and announcement are relatively simple and can only be added once.

(4) Hotspot-Mobile

It means that you can move the positions of all flag points on the scene graph.

(5) Hotspot-Recovery

That is, the flag points deleted from the scene graph can be restored and displayed.

(6) Hot spots-announcements

Announcements on the flag details page can be re-selected for reference. Click to view "What is an announcement?"

2. Role users

Role users have three functions: add, modify, and delete. In summary, they have the authority to manage members, including adding members, modifying members, deleting members, and assigning roles to members. Note that you can only manage your own subordinate members.

3. Classify users

Classification users also have three functions: add, modify, and delete. Classification refers to administrative divisions (click to view "What is Classification?" ). Then classification user permissions refer to setting the area to which members belong, modifying the area to which they belong, and removing from a certain area. member.

4. Data statistics

Data statistics permissions have three functions: view, export, and chart, which respectively represent the permissions to view data, export data, and enter the data monitoring center.

 5. Scene viewing permissions

The scene viewing permission has the viewing right for all scenes of the work. This permission is generally assigned to the role with the highest administrative authority.
