As mentioned, this trick is needed when encountering a red cross.
1.WIn+R to open Run, enter services.msc and press Enter.
2. Find the Windows Installer option in the window that opens as shown below, double-click to select startup.
Then, the most critical step is to change the path of the .msi file . For example, if it is now in the download directory of the user on drive C, then copy it to the root directory of drive D (or other location other than drive C), and then double-click it. Just open it.
