It is the United States, so the picture below is the American standard address format, and the phone number does not need to be filled in.

After the above picture is submitted, a piece of advertising js will be displayed (I forgot to take a screenshot, so I found the same one online). Be careful not to click submit first.
You need to put the above js <head></head>between the two tags of your website, and then browse your webpage and check the source code of the webpage to see if the js you put is displayed in the source code. After making sure it is in the source code, then Return to the page above and click Submit. If Google can query this js tag from your website, the page shown below will be displayed.
Then I could only wait. I applied at around 13:00 on Saturday afternoon and received an email at around 13:00 on Tuesday, saying that my account had been activated (that is, Google thought that my website was suitable for their advertising requirements), so I removed it. Saturday and Sunday are actually only two days (but this depends on your website, it may not necessarily be my two days and yours).
Before it fails, no matter how you refresh it, the page above will be displayed, that is, "We're reviewing your site (we are checking your site)". When it passes, the page below will be displayed.

After closing the pop-up window of this introduction in the picture above, there will be a prompt like the picture below. Special note: after the advertisement comes out, be sure not to click on it yourself. Google will think you are cheating. In addition, if someone clicks on the same proxy as you, I feel it will also be considered cheating. After all, it is the same IP. If cheating is discovered for the first time, your account will be banned for one month (no ads will be shown to you for one month), and will be automatically unblocked after one month. This feels like there are too many ads, which will lead to a bad experience. People who come to see you may have a bad experience. Just less
So it is still not good to automatically place ads. If it is a garbage dump, it should be OK.

Fill in the PIN code
After a period of time, your account may have some income. When this income reaches the verification threshold (my monthly income is more than 7 dollars, and I received it 25 days after the ad went online), your Google Adsense homepage will display this sentence

I just clicked it to try and then asked me to enter the PIN code, because I haven't received it yet, so I turned it off, thinking that I would enter the PIN code next time I received it, but... when I looked again, the button was gone. . . . Yes, I don't know now what to do after I receive the PIN.
I saw that the verify button was gone in the morning. I tried refreshing it in the afternoon and it came out again. Now I’m just waiting for the PIN code.
If you still haven’t received your PIN code after 4 weeks, you can click verifyVerify and then Resend PINclick Apply for re-mailing (I applied for re-mailing on November 9th, November 8th, US time)
Update: I finally received the PIN code at around 8:00 a.m. on November 14, 2020 (at around 18:00 p.m. on November 13, 2020, U.S. Central Time). After filling in the PIN code for a period of time, I have to fill in the tax form. In my case, I first changed the two names in the "Payment" settings from the original names of the American collector to the real names on my ID card. (Of course, in pinyin, the surname and first name are written in reverse, for example, Zhang San is San Zhang, Zhang Sanfeng is SanFeng Zhang), and then fill in the tax form.
Because the tax form requires a name, the default name is the name in the information you filled in before. If you don't change it, I don't know if there will be any problems, so I strongly recommend changing it. Let's talk about which two names you need to change.
Click "Payments" → Settings → "Manage Settings"
After clicking on the previous step, you will come to this page (as shown below, you have to scroll down to see it), click the pen next to "Name and Address" (indicates editing)
After entering, change your name to the Chinese pinyin of the name on your ID card, for example: Zhang Sanfeng, write it as SanFeng Zhang (the name I wrote before was the name of the collector in the United States), and the address does not need to be changed. , because the account is in the United States, the address can only be in the United States. Since the PIN code has been received, this address is of no use for the time being.
Then scroll down and you will see "Paying Users", click "Manage Paying Users" in the lower right corner of "Paying Users"

This is the end of changing the name. Next, let’s fill in the tax form-related things. Note that the names to be filled in the tax form must be the same as these two names, so these two names must be modified first.
Fill out the "W-8BEN" tax form
After receiving the PIN code and filling in the PIN code for a period of time (I forget the exact time), a line of red prompts appeared at the top of my Google Adsense homepage:

This sentence is followed by a button, which should be called "Execute" in Chinese. Since I am speaking in English, the button is "Action", but it doesn't matter what button it is, just click it. After clicking it, if I remember correctly, The "Manage Tax Information" page will be displayed (as shown below)
Click the "ADD TAX INFO" button in the picture above, and a new window will pop up for you to confirm your password.
Note that if you are using the Safari browser on a Mac computer for this step, it is very likely that this window will be prevented from popping up, making it impossible to proceed. In this case, you need to go to Safari Preferences → Website → Select "Popup" at the bottom of the left Window" → Find google.com on the right and allow it (Safari version comes with Big Sur 11.2.3), or simply change the browser (such as Chrome, Edge).
After logging in, just click on the screenshot I took and fill it out. Chinese and English are not important, just compare the locations to know which one to choose. Although there are several options in the screenshot, it only has one option at the beginning. Every time you select an option, the next option will appear based on your choice.
Personal name: By default, it is the two names you set in the management user (must correspond to the real name on your ID card, but it must be written in Pinyin. Pinyin cannot have tones, write the first name first, then the last name); DBA

Country/region of citizenship: Select China (English is China)
Foreign TIN, which is the "Foreign Tax Identification Number". For this we fill in our own Chinese ID number.
Then click Next to fill in your permanent residence address. For this address, fill in the address on your ID card. The country/province/city/district (county) is directly selected. Then go down to the first line of the address and fill in the detailed address. Fill in the specific address after the district (county) on your ID card and convert it into pinyin (there is a web version of the pinyin conversion tool online, please note that pinyin cannot have tones).
In addition, do not check the box "Permanent residential address is a post office box or care-of-address, you need to submit other documents" because our permanent address is not a mailbox address (this type of mailbox is commonly used in the United States, but China does not have this kind, so we do not use it) Whatever it is).
There is also an option of "the mailing address is the same as the permanent residential address". This depends on the situation. The permanent residential address is the address on the ID card, and for most people, your person is probably not at the address on the ID card. Because you may have gone to work in other places, and the address on your ID card is only your hometown, so if your address is not the one on your ID card, don’t check it. If you don’t check it, you will be asked to fill in an additional address, and this address must be written as yours. The current address of the person, because if you write an address that is not in your own city, you will not be able to receive it if you send something to you (for example, if your number of subscriptions reaches 100,000 or something, it seems that you have sent clothes or certificate).
Since I don’t have the address on my ID card, I didn’t check it. Instead, I wrote an address where I am now so that I can receive it when I need to receive letters/express delivery.
After filling in the permanent address and mailing address, click Next. The next step is to fill in the tax agreement.
Then there is the file preview. No need to preview, just check it.
Then there is the guarantee, sign your name (pinyin), and select according to the picture below
The last step is, if you have never withdrawn money before, then choose the first one (you can see it at a glance in the Chinese version), if you have received it, choose the second one, and finally click Submit
Since I checked the address pinyin and postal code while watching the tutorial, it may have taken a long time to fill in the entire form. An error may be reported when submitting the form at the end. If an error is reported, just force the swipe once and refill it all. But before the force swipe, you must Copy the pinyin used in the address, zip code, etc. to a place and save it so that you can paste it immediately when you fill it out again to avoid submitting the form if it takes too long to fill in the form.
Submit ID card
After the submission is successful, you will be prompted for missing documents and asked to provide proof of address. We only need to upload a front-facing photo of your ID card (it is said that a passport or driver's license will also work), and then wait for review.
Submit supporting documents
One or a few days after submitting your ID card (I also forgot the time), you will receive an email, as shown below
We need to click "this" in the picture above. This is an online pdf file (note that browsers such as Safari 14.0 or above on Mac cannot open this online pdf file. Just use another browser).
After opening the pdf file, check these two places
Then don’t touch other places, just sign and fill in the date at the end. For the name, fill in the pinyin of the name on your ID card. Use this format for the date. I saw some people said that it cannot be passed using other formats. Anyway, April 23, 2021I It can be passed in this format.
After filling in, click Print in the upper right corner. Note that this print is not printed with a printer, but just fixes the content you filled in in the PDF and saves it as a file on your computer.
We enter the Google Adsense payment review again, and "Missing Files" will still be displayed there. You click "Submit Missing Files" and submit the pdf file you just saved.
After submitting this pdf file, it will be reviewed within a few minutes (of course, I don’t know if it is submitted on a Saturday or Sunday. Note that this Saturday and Sunday are Saturdays in the United States, and it may be postponed to working hours) .

How to withdraw cash
Note that the vast majority of YouTube uploaders have registered Chinese (Mainland) numbers, so they can directly use wire transfer. Generally, a mainland China Merchants Bank savings card (RMB card is sufficient, no dual currency card is required).
However, Adsense accounts in the US can only be withdrawn to US bank cards, but what should we do if we don’t have a US bank card? Use Payoneer ! Its principle is that PCA will generate a virtual U.S. bank card for you. We transfer the Adsense income to this virtual U.S. bank card, and then transfer the balance of this card back to China from PCA. bank card to achieve the purpose of cash withdrawal.
Note : Google’s rules often change. I can use Pay Anying at this moment (2021-09-09 17:00, Beijing time) (but I will not be able to use it on June 22), so can I use it again in the future? You really don't know.

Special note :
After clicking Verify in the picture above, an error may be reported. I don’t have a screenshot of the specific error report, but the reason why I reported the error at that time was because Google Adsense did not support “ACH transfer” at that time and only supported “Wired transfer”. A foreigner also encountered this When it comes to this problem: click to view , it is solved with "Wired transfer", but the key is that the virtual card generated by Pai Anying for us only has "ACH transfer", so there is no solution when encountering this error. I just left it alone.
Because of the previous error, I thought it was impossible to collect money through Payanying. But a few months later, I tested again, and the error was no longer reported. If no error was reported, it would display the following prompt.
Clicking "Got it" on the picture above will jump here. Then we wait for Google to issue a verification payment of less than 1 US dollars to our card (it is said to be within three working days). We send Anying to check from time to time. Balance, if there is a balance, we click "Verify" here and then enter the balance to pass.
After adding a payment method in adsense, an email will be sent to you to tell you that you have changed the main payment method. You can see that I added the main payment method at 2021-09-09 16:01 (Thursday), Beijing time. (Just add Pay Anying’s virtual card)
As you can see, I received the first small amount of remittance at 20:50 on September 10, 2021 (Friday), Beijing time (of course the email may be delayed). In other words, the money was sent to me the next day, and I You can use this amount to verify in Adsense.
What I didn't expect was that the transaction details of Paianyingli only had dates and no specific time. I was also convinced.
Click in Google Adsense: Payment → Manage payment methods → Click "Verify" in the card
It will pop up, and the default selection is "Verify with test deposit", we click "Verify"
At first I thought I would fill in the sum of the two strokes, but I found out that this is for you to choose, not to fill in. The maximum value it can choose is 0.24, which is significantly smaller than the sum of the two strokes I received, which is 0.34.
So I chose one of the 0.24 I received (I guess it is also possible to choose another 0.1)
As you can see, the verification has passed
After the verification passed, I immediately received an email notification telling me that my bank card had been verified.
After verification, I originally planned to withdraw money, but found that there was no withdrawal button. Then I checked and found that Google Adsense pays you monthly, just like paying monthly wages.
Receive payments and withdraw funds to domestic (mainland) bank cards
2021-09-13 23:13 I received a payment email from Google, which means that Google has already paid me a "salary"
I went into Pai Anying to check, and sure enough, there was already a balance. I checked, and it seemed that the test payment was 0.34$for free, and it didn't seem to be deducted from Adsense (I couldn't tell anyway, if anyone knows, please comment and tell me )
We have to fill in the amount of money we want to withdraw. Of course I withdraw it all, because there is not much in the first place, and the domestic bank card is bound when registering with Pay Anying.
Finally let you confirm again
I checked the exchange rate at that time and reduced it: 6.4476-6.3555=0.0921, which is about 9 cents less RMB per US dollar. So 100 US dollars is 9.2 RMB. This is how Pay Anying collects handling fees. As for 1,000 Is the U.S. dollar charged at 92 yuan? I haven't tried this before, so I don't know.
I also need SMS verification code verification. I checked here to not require inputting the verification code when withdrawing money from "XXX Card", because this card is originally mine.
