Tianyancha App shows that recently, Beijing First-Class Technology Co., Ltd., an affiliate of the domestic open source deep learning framework OneFlow, has undergone industrial and commercial changes. Wang Huiwen resigned as the legal representative and executive director, and Oneflow founder Yuan Jinhui took over as the legal representative and served as chairman. Currently, Wang Huiwen still serves as a director of the company.
Beijing First-class Technology Co., Ltd. was established in January 2017. In March this year, Beijing Lightyear Beyond Technology Co., Ltd. became the largest shareholder with a 39.15% stake in the company. Wang Huiwen subsequently succeeded Yuan Jinhui as the legal representative of the company, and Serves as Executive Director.
In June this year, Meituan stated that Wang Huiwen applied to resign as a director of Meituan due to personal health reasons. Its AI startup company Lightyear also completed industrial and commercial changes in August this year. Founder Wang Huiwen withdrew his shares and Tianjin Sankuai Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Meituan, became the sole shareholder .
