How to deal with ABB robot 10106 fault alarm (maintenance time reminder)

Intelligent periodic maintenance reminders for ABB robots are used to remind users to perform necessary maintenance and repairs on the robots.

Approach:

After completing the corresponding maintenance and inspection, you need to perform one operation:

Reset the timer for maintenance and inspection reminders,

For specific operation steps, please refer to the following :

1. Click "Program Editor" - Debug - Call routine in the menu;

2. Click serviceinfo----Go;

3. Press and hold the enable switch, then press the run key;

4. Select the corresponding timing object to be reset. 1 is the regular maintenance time, 2 is the operation time, and 2 is the gearbox maintenance time. Select 1 here.

5. Select reset to reset and confirm;

6. Click EXIT to exit----Click YES;

7. At this point you can see that the Eclapsed time has been reset to 0.

8. Click PP in the program editor to move to the Main option.
