Step 1: Open Unity Hub and select the gear icon (settings icon) above the left panel.
Step 2: Enter the Preferences interface, select Appearance, the Appearance setting interface pops up on the right, see the Language setting, click the small triangle on the drop-down icon to expand the drop-down options.
Step 3: Select Chinese in the drop-down option, and it will take effect immediately after selection.
