 1. First create an ip security policy

2. Click Add to create a security policy without using the Add Wizard

 2. Customize the name, continue to add

Select "a specific ip address or subnet" for the source address, "my ip address" for the destination address, and "443" for the port

3. First restrict all ip access to port 443, and then release some ip access

 then click add
