IDEA - LOCALHOST: Port 6666 cannot be accessed when starting the WEB server test

I just started to build Springboot in IDEA, start the server, and when I access it on Google Chrome, the following occurs:

Later, when I checked on the Internet, I found that Google Chrome restricted certain ports, such as the port 6666, and then changed the port number, and there was no problem.
