Registration Instruction
1. All participants should fill in the Registration Form. After successful payment, please send the completed form to the conference email. If you need a registration form in Chinese, please contact [email protected].
2. It is required that the final draft, registration form and payment be sent to the conference email before the registration deadline.
3. Pay the registration fee via our online payment system ( click here ), this link can also be found on the registration form.
4. Send your completed registration form, payment voucher and other relevant documents to the conference email: [email protected].
5. At least one author of the paper should register for the conference, and at least one author must present a paper at the conference. Otherwise, the paper will not be included in the conference proceedings.
6. Registration will not be confirmed until full payment of the registration fee is received and the registration form is submitted. We will send an email to the registrant's email address to confirm successful registration. Please present your confirmation letter at the conference site to complete all registration procedures.
7. Please confirm the conference format (online or offline) with the conference organizer two months before the conference date. Since conference organizers usually do not book hotels for participants, it is recommended that on-site participants book hotels for on-site (offline) conferences in advance.
8. Other co-authors and accompanying persons may register as listeners.
Type of Attendence
1. Author participation: One author is allowed to attend the conference for an accepted article;
2. Guest speaker: Application for keynote speech will be reviewed by the conference affairs team;
3. Oral speech: Apply for an oral report, the time is 15 minutes;
4. Poster participation: Apply for poster participation, prepare posters according to the official website template, and record a 5-minute video;
5. Video conference participation: just record a 15-minute personal video;
6. Audience participation: just attend the conference without submitting articles. You can participate in Q&A, give speeches and display.

Authors are requested to format according to the official website template format. The formatted full manuscript (word+pdf version) will be sent to the CMT online system or conference email.

1. The official language of the conference is English, and the manuscript must be entirely in English. It must have academic or practical value and has not been published in domestic or foreign academic journals or conferences;
2. Ensure that the article is original and has not been published in domestic or foreign public journals or other academic conferences.
3. The length of the article is generally between 5-12 pages, no less than 5 pages, including formulas, charts, etc. If the article exceeds 6 pages, an over-page fee will be charged;
4. Authors can check for duplication at their own expense through iThenticate or other query systems. The duplication rate shall not exceed 20%. The author will be solely responsible for rejected manuscripts caused by the duplication rate of articles;
5. Article acceptance: If your article is accepted, we will notify you by email, and you will receive the following documents: acceptance notice, review comment form, and Chinese registration form.
