Open the [Print] setting interface, we click on the slide handout, in the [Handout] column we can see multiple options, here we can choose to display multiple slides
After setting the number of slide pages, you can set the paper orientation and color for printing.
If the PPT printing function is grayed out and cannot be used, it should be because the modification permission has been set. We need to enter the password to enter the ppt editable state, and then cancel the password to print normally. If you forget the password, you can only be in the PPT read-only mode.
