Among them, for those who have completed the website filing procedures, it is only necessary to supplement and improve the relevant information of their APP, and there is no need to repeatedly fill in the real identity information of the sponsor. For those who do not have website filing information, go through the filing procedures in accordance with the provisions of this notice.
Apps that intend to start business after the release of this notice shall first complete the filing procedures in accordance with the requirements of this notice before starting business.
3. Supervision and inspection phase (April 2024-June 2024). The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology organizes the inspection of APP filings, and the communication administrations of all provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government urge relevant units to fill in, supplement, and update APP filing information in a timely manner, and access network access service providers, distribution platforms, and smart terminal manufacturers. , Distribution, and pre-installed APPs are checked. For APPs that fail to perform the filing procedures or engage in illegal activities, the communication administrations of all provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall deal with them in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
4. Normalization work stage (July 2024 to long-term).
