Zhang Bin said that as the largest offshore oil and gas production operator in China, CNOOC Group is based on the new era, accelerates digital transformation, implements the company's "14th Five-Year Plan" planning path and the reform requirements of the procurement system and mechanism, and uses CNOOC's supply chain digital platform As a starting point, vigorously promote the construction of a supply chain management system that matches the world's first-class comprehensive energy product manufacturers and service providers.
Zhang Bin pointed out that the CNOOC supply chain digital platform adheres to the four principles of "people-oriented, category-oriented, standard-based, and compliance-based" to "more efficient, more convenient, smarter, more comprehensive, and more comprehensive." Rigorous, more stable, more standardized and more secure" is the goal to build an integrated energy digital supply chain platform in an all-round way. It covers four sections: visual collaboration platform, core procurement platform, warehousing and logistics platform, and e-commerce supply chain financial platform.
