On the basis of limited cost, complex passwords + cloud server basic protection + common port replacement + security software can protect against most attacks

Step 1: Download the Server SafetyDog Linux version (the 64-bit version is used as an example below)

The official provides two download methods, this article uses method 2 wget installation
Method 1: Download the software installation package directly from Safedog official website (.tar.gz format: safedog_linux64.tar.gz)
Method 2: Use wget to download the release package :

wget http://down.safedog.cn/safedog_linux64.tar.gz

Step 2: Unzip and install

1. tar xzvf compressed package name

tar xzvf safedog_linux64.tar.gz

2. ls Get the file name decompressed from the compressed package

ls

3. cd foldername

 cd safedog_an_linux64_2.8.32947/

4. Chmod adds permissions to all .py files in the folder

chmod +x *.py

5. Execute the install.py file to start the installation

./install.py

I encountered an error when running install.py

Need system command 'locate' to install safedog for linux.
Installation aborted!

The error means that the command is missing, here we use yum to install the current command

yum -y install mlocate

Step 3: Execute the following command to join Fuyun, bid farewell to the traditional character interface of Linux, and experience more functions of Fuyun (fuyun.safedog.cn):

sdcloud -u 服云帐号

Step 4: Complete the server security dog ​​installation

After the installation is complete, you can run the command sdui to enter the operation interface.
