A. Create pcb project
As shown in the picture: Switch Jiali Chuang Professional Edition to full online mode, then right-click to create a new file and enter a name.
B. How to draw a schematic diagram
To draw the schematic diagram, I divide it into three parts: 1. Planning 2. Putting components 3. Pulling wires and ordering.
planning;
Planning is very simple, that is, first draw the components you need and their positions on paper. The essence of the schematic is what components to use.
b. Place components;
The picture shows the PCB of my expansion board (I only learned it for a few days). The content is very simple, basically it is all row mothers. Next, I will pick a few to talk about.
There are basic components needed in the commonly used library: such as busbars, pin headers, resistors and capacitors, etc. The specific content can be searched according to Baidu. Then look at the red box in the middle, this is the position where the stm32 is inserted, corresponding to the 32 pins. The first one in the upper row is the wire, just connect it from the header, and then you need to give it a name. The sign of vcc is similar to the wire, but the name of the wire is vcc. The box is the black line between each module, which is only good-looking. T can write comments, the last red box is converted to pcb, remember to click after finishing.
c. Name the pull wire.
After passing step b, you can name it, and naming is very important. After naming the PCB, the computer knows what line is connected. There is nothing particular about it, it all depends on what you like, but the line must be connected. If there is a pin that is not connected, there is an x in the vcc column to choose.
C. How to draw pcb.
Drawing PCB is divided into three steps: layout, automatic wiring and copper laying.
layout.
The layout is to arrange the components on your board, pay attention to the position of the components, and use the x and y coordinates.
As shown in the picture, remember to use the board and frame components, this is the frame of the PCB. (Pay attention to control within 10cm X 10cm)
b. Automatic routing
在布局结束之后,就可以之间在最顶部的布线里面用自动布线。在自动布线之前，需要将vcc，gnd的线粗修改修改，一般vcc，5v，gnd用30mil，而其它的用10mil。在设计的规则里面找到布线宽度即可调整，在这里面也可以根据网上的标准进行一定的设置。如果自动布线不成功，只能说你的布局不好，把元件之间拿远一点或者旋转旋转元件。如果结束后，自动布线会有一些直角，这时就直角变成锐角即可，这是一个正常PCB所需要的，具体可以在CSDN里面找。布线后记得在工具栏中点击泪滴布置泪滴，防止其断裂。
c.铺铜
在上面的图里面点击铺铜图标，注意要比板子大。铺铜需要在顶面和背面都要铺铜。
D.使用丝印
丝印可以将图片印在板子上，在放置栏中的图片项目里面弄出图片。然后在丝印区域印在板子上即可。
