2.11 Resource Manager

In Windows systems, Explorer is a built-in tool that allows users to view and manage files, folders, programs, hardware, and networks in the computer. Therefore, it can be said that the resource manager is very important for the Windows operating system.
Explorer is often referred to as Windows File Explorer or simply File Explorer. It provides a user-friendly graphical interface that enables users to manipulate and access any type of files and folders stored on the computer with a single mouse click. In addition, Explorer can also help users perform various other operations on the computer, such as copying, moving, deleting and renaming files, creating new folders, etc.
Usually we open Explorer by default when we double-click This Computer or a folder on the desktop. as follows:
