The troubleshooting and resolution steps are as follows:
1) Log in to EasyNVR and find that the video cannot be played;
2) Check the version information, it is running normally;
3) Check the user configuration and find that the playback protocol cannot be selected;
4) Enter the backend, open EasyNVR and find that the configuration file lacks content;
5) After replacing the configuration file, the video playback returned to normal.
