Some users have reported that the EasyNVR platform cannot detect Onvif devices. In this case, we can also implement device access, video playback, and PTZ control through manual configuration. The specific steps are as follows:
1) Open the ONVIF Device Test Tool, select the network card and enter the account password for manual detection;
2) If the IP Address parameters and Type parameters appear, it means normal, click Debug;
3) After entering Debug, select the PTZ PTZ, obtain the URL, and click Get after success;
4) After Get, 200 OK is returned normally. If 401 is returned, it means that the password is incorrect or there is other security verification, and you need to find the equipment manufacturer to check and troubleshoot;
5) Copy the obtained Device Service Address and fill it in the Onvif detection of the EasyNVR platform;
6) Fill in the connection address with the rule address of the same type of device (the demonstration here is a Hikvision device, other devices can search for successful cases and copy them);
7) After the configuration is completed, save it. At this time, PTZ control and video playback can be successfully performed on the EasyNVR platform, as shown in the figure:
