EasyNVR is a video platform based on the RTSP/Onvif protocol. It has video capabilities such as video surveillance live broadcast, video recording, cloud storage, retrieval and playback, and national standard cascading. It can support the distribution of accessed video streams on all platforms and terminals. The video streams distributed include RTSP, RTMP, HTTP-FLV, WS-FLV, HLS, WebRTC and other formats.
Some users reported that when playing on the EasyNVR platform, there is a video stream but it keeps freezing and cannot be played. In order to improve user experience and optimize platform functions, technicians immediately carry out troubleshooting after receiving feedback. The following are the specific steps:
1) First check whether the video stream is generated;
2) After generating, open the console and find that the video stream is loaded (but the video has been stuck);
3) Then load the video stream normally, and check whether it can be played on other players;
4) After playing normally on other players, open the console again to check whether the wasm file of the player is loaded normally;
5) It was found out that the wasm file of the player was not loaded normally, so after further inspection, it was found that the wasm file under the www directory was deleted;
6) Re-decompress a current version of the front-end www file to replace;
7) After the change is completed, the video stream can be played normally.
The EasyNVR platform can collect the audio and video resources of the front-end access equipment and transcode them into a video stream format suitable for distribution on all platforms and terminals.
