Why does the RTSP/ONVIF security video platform EasyNVR keep prompting that the network request failed?

The excellent video capability of the EasyNVR platform is to collect the audio and video resources of the front-end access equipment through the RTSP/ONVIF protocol, and transcode them into video stream formats suitable for distribution on all platforms and terminals, including RTMP, RTSP, FLV, HLS, WebRTC and other formats.

Some users reported that during the use of EasyNVR, it suddenly indicated that the network request failed, and the video could not be played, and asked us for assistance in troubleshooting.

We have encountered similar feedback before. After investigation, the reason is that the user's configuration file is damaged, so it keeps prompting that the network request fails. Today, I will share the specific troubleshooting steps and solutions for the on-site problems of the project. The process is as follows:

1) Enter the user's server, check the configuration file easynvr.ini and find that the configuration file is normal;

2) In-depth investigation, back up the data, use a new database, and still report an error after restarting, and check the print log and there is no abnormality;

3) Check the authorization status on the web page, it is normal to display the permanent authorization, and there is no problem;

4) Find the compressed package of this version, decompress it again, and open the web page after startup, and it also prompts that the network request failed;

5) Wait for the encryption machine authorization to come up, configure the channel to check whether it can play normally, and find that the encryption machine authorization cannot go online normally, and switch to the previous version authorization immediately;

6) We judged whether the authorization was abnormal and caused the network request to fail, and after switching to the newly decompressed version for temporary authorization, there was no more network request failure;

7) It is concluded that the version that prompted the network request failure before viewed the web page, showing that the permanent authorization is not actually authorized, and the web page shows that there is a problem, resulting in an error prompt, and then re-authorize the encryption machine after informing the user, and then the platform returned to normal run.

EasyNVR can provide rich video capabilities, including: device access, real-time video live broadcast, video recording, cloud storage, video playback and retrieval, alarm, cascading, etc. The platform has a wide range of usage scenarios in the field of security monitoring, including smart construction sites, smart factories, smart scenic spots, and smart water conservancy.
