Something About Team Building

Tonight, someone in Mr. Guo’s group talked about team building (referred to as team building), and I remembered something.

(1)

Personally, I'm against pretentious team building activities. However, the monthly activity funds for employees must be set aside (dinner dinner + singing K, 200 per person per month), this lubricant is very important

(2)

I like a learning organization, where the team keeps improving and keeps pace with the times. But I am against sharing-communication, training-examination.

I generally prefer the other two forms:

1. Open a book together. In this way, consensus and common method tools are achieved through books, and everyone is responsible for dismantling books through distribution. Everyone needs to raise their spirits

2. Divide into two groups to PK with each other. I say you ask, you say I ask, challenge each other.

(3)

The two founders of a company I used to go to the United States for a week of vacation every summer. They didn't go anywhere, just talking on the beach loungers. No employee calls, no client calls, just relax, come clean, talk about something deep. Talk for three to five days and return to China.

In fact, there are usually many inconsistencies between the two founders, but they usually tolerate it. Because of their bound interests, they both know the bottom line. But if you endure too much at ordinary times, cracks will easily appear after a long time. Therefore, a vacuum needs to be found, and the two of them candidly align again.
