On March 15, 2022, the U.S. Congress passed the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act, extending the validity period of the EB-5 Act to September 30, 2027. The bill will be very stable in the next five years . The project is expected to create at least 1,500 qualified EB-5 jobs , and each EB-5 investor will obtain at least 15 jobs, far exceeding the job creation standards required by the USCIS.

The EB-5 funds of this project have the first repayment right. At the same time, investors have multiple repayment guarantees:
